Deen has spent most of his professional life in the real estate business. Today he continues his successful career in the real sales field having been involved in the listing, and sale, of properties to $25 million. He is a partner/owner of Del Monte Properties, in Carmel. He is well versed in the art of negotiation, a rare talent that, from years of experience combined with a lifelong knowledge of the local marketplace.

Deen has an extensive background in business having worked in Europe in the import/export business, in the retail apparel business, and as a business management consultant. He has numerous local affiliations, and enjoys a wide circle of local friends and acquaintances.

He was raised in Carmel and is a second-generation California realtor following in the footsteps of his father, James Rowe, and his uncle Robert Rowe. He has raised his two children here and he continues to be a contributing member to the local community.

Deen is a graduate of Carmel's Sunset School and Carmel High School. He holds a degree in economics from the University of California at Berkley and continued on to graduate school studying international business. He is also attended of the Defense Language Institute in Monterrey and completed his tour of duty in the Army National Guard.
